More or less borken. Powering up Red Star or using it's effect for Starfire's or Phantasm's effect.
Coudl prove even more borken in a teen titans fearsoem five deck when you use a turn 9 dr light to bring back an inasne amount of chars. into play

so many TT cards work great with this card, and hey its an extra power up each turn that helps starfire and if you have him(dont)**tasm, er i mean phantasm.

thats spectacular, then garth's effect comes in and than pretty much the *Discard effect* was no problem.
