Can potentially stun any attacker until turn 5. Other than that, artowkr is damn cool!

I was playing with my friend the other day and I found out that if one of your Titans is gonna get attacked and be stunned you can just exhaust them and give Arsenal +2 attack, you can also use Arsenal to power yourself up.

Can I exhaust 4 characters for +8 ??

3 for 4,3 is nothing special, and wouldn't you rather attack with that character thant to add only 2 atk. and why in the world would you KO a resource uness its past turn 5 just to stun a character with a cost of 3 or maybe four. (you should win by then with garth) I think that the hank hall dawn granger combo is much better on turn three, or even beast boy because he has much more potential.

he is good for TT..but not the best 3 drop..logan still overpowers him, but Arsenal can take down any 3 drop and maybe some 4 drops

I had the unfortunate luck to play against a guy who knows how to use Roy well. He manages to stun 7 drops that is if you get them out against him.

anyone who thinks that the liability of hank hall+dawn is better than this guy needs to get shot in the face by mr. harper. Soooo many possibilities, especially with teen titans go!

This guy's more powerful than any other 3 drop the Titans have. I think that Beasty Boy is awesome, but Roy really takes the cake. And Hawk Dove are fun, but too easily blown up.

Probably the hardest character to get around in the game. I tihnk hes the best 3drop rite now.
