good w long shot but also good if u dont draw enough plot twists to play as resourses and have to place a character as a resourse and u can get rid of that to get a card that u can use in ur resourse row

poi you got the idea ^^ thats the perfect example of using Clocktower, GCPD synergizes well with this too.
This gives Gotham Knights an amazing card advantage over your opponent, its a good way to deck thin and trade your face-down character into plot twists.
Good combos.

Would be good with LOA or Revenge Squad to get either locations or on-going plot twists into your resource row.
I find Clocktower useful with Reservist characters from Avengers, plus this combined with Jean Grey - Marvel Girl can help put characters in my resource row.
Use this card with GCPD Officers and you could practically look for any card you want... then KO a face down if you want that card right now.. pretty good :D
