why is he rare? does he do something that i can't see? because i don't know why he's good

I think one of the reasons he's a rare is that you can basically discard him endlessly because at some point in your turn, you're assured to have him at least once. He's not worth playing really, just worth discarding.

so he does 5 drop Solomon Grundy's job, woprse, with no chance of powering up a 7 drop.

You'd be surprised how useful he could be. A free card is always good for discards like Sorcerer's Treasure, free characters for rigged elections, etc. And he's rare so that you don't run into 18 of him in sealed. also, easter egg relating to Sandman from WSM.

He's a free card every turn once you get him in your KO pile. A reusable free discard - and you don't think that's worth a rare?

This is very different from Grundy obviously. Heck, Grundy makes you discard.

keeps coming back and nice for slaughter swamp or any plot twist or even cards that says to discard a character card.

Anyone think this guy could be the key to a Secret Six Victorious deck? All their good powers seem to trigger off of discarding a card.

u could use it in any deck, and use 4 EOME,and use this guy as discard food
