It's sweeping up without the willpower requirement or the draw fixing benefit. As I consider sweeping up to be a great card, this is also a great card for non-willpower decks. And also, it works very well with Chronos.

This is just as effective as Ko'ing a character. You force them to get it into play again if they want it that badly. Board pressence is essential in most situations, and this card effectively gives that advantage.
This card effectively won me my games twice because it bounced back people armed with all three fate artifacts.
