I pick him over vision, because he can stun beast boy, roy, or terra just by coming into play.

But not great. He's a definate 1-of I think, although only if you're playing a heavy reservist deck. If you set up your resource row right he can clean things up pretty nicely and is great for off 'nish turns, but otherwise I'd take Cap instead, especially on 'nish.

He's another Avengers answer to deal with sentinels. free stun flight range reservist... I don't know I think he's my second stringer to Cap.

12 12 Flight & Range with instant 4 or less drop stun effect??....meh it could have been better...but it's still a decent choice if you can't get your hands on a 6 drop Captain

whats going on? this is a first choice over cap any day! Reservest.. Can stun up to a 4 drop (slaps terra or beastboy about)..
First choice over the captin any day..
