Not a bad card, this is more of an Anti-Matter card, although this is really good for Underworld decks too, basically most concealed deck would want this card.

Agreed, definitely an Anti-Matter card. Think you chose the wrong "Option" on your Concealed Optional character? Well, bring them out of hiding and swing big!

There are plenty of characters (like Johnny Quick) that you would put into concealed when you recruit them but you would want them to become visible before the end of your turn.
