He can pull you out in a fix. Though, I think there are some seriously better choices already on the Titans Team.

 cool.

It's cool as long as he doesn't get stunned. But 3 2 isn't exactly unstunnable, so he's bad.

The art on the other Kid Flash is much cooler anyways.

He's not good enough to replace any of the current TT of B&B drops.

I personally like Tim Drake better just because his abilities are sooo awesome.

But he can be pretty usesful, with so many ways to power up Teen Titans like the New Teen Titans and Tamaran he could be a mini Teen Titans Go!

Not bad at all.

I like it. I think I may play him alongside Tim Drake as my 2-drop. He can possibly clear a path through the opponents ranks, allowing a free attacker to do some direct damage. But I don't have it yet, so I won't make that a definate statement yet.

Not very good. So what, you pay 1 endurance so he can go after their 1 drop too? That's if he survives attacking their 2 drop. I can't think of many good uses and can think of a lot of times you won't get to power him up for his spiffy ability. Teen Titans don't use Advanced Hardware ever... My rating: C

This guy would do okay to cover for Alfred in a Brave & the Bold deck. Your opponent has a 1 and 2 drop out. You have Alfred, and Alfred is going away. Kid Flash gets powered up so he can take out your opponent's 2 drop. Then you pay the measly 1 endurance and he nails the 1 drop, too, costing your opponent the 1 endurance to match what you spent. Now you don't lose board advantage for using Alfred. Worried about powering him up? It's called Tamaran. Is this the best thing since sliced bread? Nah, not really. I think he rates better than a C, though. Maybe a B-.
