this card can still be very helpful lets say against Prime Sentinels. Thats one of the most annoying things army sentinel decks have!

IT really depends on the situation, if ur playing a deck that wants to get to its higher drops sooner, like my friends straight Kang-this is great if u pull it off, otherwise i like HAB
