This card is awesome. Stops usual reinforcing and occasionally can just exhaust a character. Pack at least 2 of these in a standard Brotherhood build that has the room.
It's really interesting and quite powerful in the newer version of Brotherhood... it's also good because it's a repeated theme of brotherhood: Causing Breakthrough! This can shut a reinforcer off, as well as force guys with combat-oriented activated abilities to shut down (very few, but it works.)
